Guided by AAHA standards · Open Mon–Sat · We'll do our absolute best to accommodate your timing — in many cases, we can see you the same day.

Is it time?

One of the hardest parts is knowing when. There's rarely a single clear moment — but if you find yourself asking the question, it's the right time to talk it through with someone who can help.

Some of the things families weigh:

  • More bad days than good ones lately
  • No longer eating, drinking, or interested in the things they loved
  • Trouble getting up, staying comfortable, or moving without pain
  • Pain or distress that medication no longer eases
  • You're caring for them around the clock and it's no longer enough

Our veterinarians will talk it through with you honestly and without any pressure — whichever way you're leaning. Sometimes the kindest thing we do is help you feel sure about the decision, in either direction.

What happens, and how we make it peaceful

1

A private, quiet room

You and your pet are given a calm, private comfort room. There's no rush and no waiting room — the time is yours.

2

Sedation first

We give a gentle sedative so your pet drifts into a deep, painless sleep in your arms before anything else. They stay warm, and they stay held.

3

Peaceful and gentle

Once they’re fully asleep, the final step is quiet and painless. We take the time it needs, and we stay with you.

4

You choose how present to be

You're welcome to hold them and stay through everything, or to step away — whatever feels right for you. There is no wrong choice, and you can take all the time you need, before and after.

What it costs

We think you deserve to know this ahead of time, so there are no difficult surprises in a hard moment. Every option below includes the exam and the euthanasia itself.

Take your pet homeYou lay them to rest yourself, at home$318.50
Group cremationCremated with other pets; ashes are not returned$468.50
Private cremation — catCremated individually; ashes returned to you in a keepsake urn with personalized engraving included.$600.20
Private cremation — dogCremated individually; ashes returned to you in a keepsake urn with personalized engraving included.$684.00
If cost is a worry, please just ask. We work with Cherry, a payment plan. According to Cherry, the application takes under 35 seconds from start to finish, and “Cherry performs a soft credit check which does not affect your credit score.” Being able to afford it should never be the reason a family can’t be together for this. See if you qualify with Cherry →

And about timing: we will do our absolute best to accommodate you. If today is the day, tell us — in many cases we can make room to see you the same day.

Afterward, we'll take care of the details

So you can focus on your family, not paperwork.

Ashes returned

With private cremation, your pet's ashes come back to you in a keepsake urn.

A paw-print keepsake

A clay impression of their paw to keep, made with care.

Remembrance & grief support

A pet-loss booklet and resources for the days that follow — for you and for children in the home.

We'll tell your regular vet

If we're not your primary veterinarian, we'll let them know, so you don't have to make that call.

When you're ready — or if you just have questions
